Hi there,

Team Eddie was created as a legacy to my husband, Peter Edwards. Peter was diagnosed with a brain tumour at the age of 52. Six weeks after his first brain surgery doctors didn't expect him to survive the night. Through sheer guts and determination, 8 months later he climbed Sydney Harbour Bridge, and 4 months after that rode 20 kms on a bike. Peter challenged himself every day to live life to the full, in the 14 months he lived after diagnosis.

The money Team Eddie raises will go to Cure Brain Cancer Foundation, so that future families will have options to treat this insidious disease.
